Why Is John Grant Different?
- I only work on 2 – 3 projects at a time. This means that you are going to be working DIRECTLY with ME on your dream project, not some project manager who is juggling 50 homes and barely has time to take your phone calls. I’m going to supply my years of design and construction expertise and apply it specifically to your dream home.
- I design and build homes the way YOU want them! Yes, I’m going to give you invaluable advice about the best way to turn your ideas into reality and I will tell you if there are pitfalls in any areas. I will keep your plans within budget and on time but you make the final choices.
- I believe that the process of designing and building your dream should be fun and go out of my way to make sure that you are only impacted when essential decisions need to be made. But I also make sure you are kept up to date on the progress of your dream so you have peace of mind that things are progressing smoothly.
